“Rare 9 Silver Medals Mint Condition”

The first medal is the official United States Space-Age World`s Fair Medal struck at the Philadelphia Mint by an act of Congress to commemorate the Seattle World`s Fair Century 21 Exposition. 

The size and weight of the medium silver medals are 39 mm, 29.19 – 34.56 gm and are .999 pure silver. 

The small silver medal is approx. 33 mm, 19.3 gm struck by the United States Mint at Philadelphia is .900 silver. These sets were made for display and presentation purposes and included the eight design types struck by the Metal Arts Company and the U.S. Mint. These are presented in the original custom Whitman album issued by Northwest Historical Medals Inc.
